Spiritual coaching for those ready to remember who they are

You already hold the answers. Through deep, unhurried conversation and guided inner work, we create the space for you to hear them clearly again. This is not about fixing — it is about returning.

How transformation actually unfolds

Spiritual growth is not a straight line. Here is the honest shape of the path most clients walk with us over three to six months.

Week 1–3

Arriving and unravelling

We begin by slowing down. Most people arrive carrying years of accumulated noise — obligations, identities, beliefs that no longer fit. In this phase, we gently name what is present without rushing to change it. You learn to witness your own patterns with compassion rather than judgement.

Month 2

Meeting the shadow

The parts of yourself you have hidden or denied begin to surface. This can feel uncomfortable, but it is where the real work lives. We use breathwork, reflective dialogue, and somatic awareness to integrate these fragments rather than push them away again.

Month 3–4

Reclaiming your voice

With greater self-awareness comes clarity. Clients in this phase often make significant life decisions — setting boundaries, changing careers, ending or deepening relationships. We support you in aligning your outer life with your inner knowing.

Month 5+

Living from centre

Transformation becomes embodied. You no longer need external validation to trust your path. Sessions shift from exploration to integration, and eventually you carry this practice forward independently. The light was always yours.

A philosophy rooted in presence, not performance

Many spiritual spaces ask you to transcend your humanness — to rise above emotion, to detach from desire, to perform peace. We believe the sacred lives inside the mess. Your grief, your anger, your longing — these are not obstacles to spirit. They are its language.

Our approach draws from contemplative traditions, depth psychology, and the simple wisdom of the Tasmanian landscape that surrounds us. Every session is shaped by what you bring, not a pre-set curriculum. There are no levels to achieve and no certificates to earn.

What we offer instead is relationship — a consistent, honest, non-judgemental space where you are met exactly as you are. Over time, that meeting becomes a mirror, and the mirror becomes a doorway.

Ways we can work together

One-to-one soul sessions

Deeply personal, unhurried conversations that move at the pace of your nervous system. We explore whatever is alive for you — grief, purpose, relationships, creative blocks, existential questions — using reflective dialogue, guided meditation, and intuitive inquiry. Each session is unique.

Questions people often carry in

Not at all. Our work is non-denominational and draws from many wisdom traditions without belonging exclusively to any. Whether you consider yourself religious, agnostic, or simply curious, you are welcome here. We meet you in whatever language feels true for you — some clients speak of God, others of energy, others of nature. The words matter less than the sincerity behind them.

No. Spiritual coaching is a complementary practice, not a substitute for licensed mental health care. We do not diagnose or treat psychological conditions. If clinical support would better serve you, we will say so honestly and can provide referrals. Many of our clients work with a therapist alongside their coaching — the two can be deeply complementary.

Yes. While in-person sessions in Tasmania carry a special quality — the land itself becomes part of the container — our video sessions are equally deep and effective. Most interstate and international clients work with us entirely online. All you need is a quiet space where you will not be interrupted and a stable internet connection.

Then you are doing it right. Tears are not a sign of weakness — they are a sign of thawing. We are trained to hold space for strong emotion without rushing to fix or soothe it away. You will never be pushed beyond what your system can handle, and we always close sessions with grounding practices so you leave feeling held, not unravelled.

If you are asking the question, you are probably ready. Readiness does not mean having everything figured out — it means being willing to sit with not knowing. The first conversation is always exploratory and without obligation. Reach out, and we will feel into it together.
